Information You Submit
Entries made in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, are sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our own servers do not keep a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the message and the details you choose to include, and use them to respond.
Routine Hosting Logs
Hosting systems record ordinary technical details, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review those details in aggregate to maintain the site and understand which Redondo Beach records pages are useful. As applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code §1798.100 et seq., provides rights to know or access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment. Because this site keeps very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and relevant server logs. Use the Contact page to ask.
Government records about Redondo Beach, Los Angeles County, or California are controlled by their custodians, not by this reference. The California Public Records Act, Gov. Code §§7920.000–7931.000, governs access requests to California agencies, while public-record information is treated differently under the CCPA. A request to this site cannot delete a deed, court file, voter record, vital record, or other source record. Send those requests to the office that holds the record.
